This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit freddieyauner.co.uk or buy from us, how we use it, and your rights.

Who we are

This shop is run by Flukey Studios Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17372022), registered office 7 Ickburgh Road, London, England, E5 8AF. We are the data controller for your information. Contact us at hello@freddieyauner.co.uk.

What we collect

  • Order details: your name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number if you give it, and what you bought. Card details are handled by our payment providers and we never see your full card number.

  • Email sign-ups: your email address if you join our newsletter.

  • Messages: anything you send us by email or through our contact form.

  • Browsing information: information about your device and how you use our site, collected with cookies and similar tools (see below).

How we use it

  • To process, ship and support your order (needed to fulfil our contract with you).

  • To send you our newsletter and offers, only if you've agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

  • To run, secure and improve our site, and to keep records we're required to keep for tax and accounting (legal obligation and our legitimate interests).

  • To measure and improve our advertising, including on Facebook and Instagram, where you have agreed to marketing cookies (consent).

Advertising and Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API, through Shopify, to share information with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd about how you use our site, such as pages viewed, items added to your basket and purchases. This can include hashed (scrambled) contact details such as your email address. Meta uses this to measure how well our ads work, to show our ads to people who might be interested, and to show you relevant ads. Meta's own use of this information is covered by Meta's privacy policy.

You can say no to marketing cookies in our cookie banner, change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link at the bottom of our site, and manage your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the site and checkout to work. We only use analytics and marketing cookies, including the Meta Pixel, if you agree to them in our cookie banner.

Who we share it with

  • Shopify, which hosts our shop and checkout, and Shop Pay and other payment providers.

  • Our fulfilment and shipping partners, who make and post your mask, including partners based in China, and the couriers who deliver it.

  • Meta, for advertising, as described above.

  • Judge.me and the Shop app, which display product reviews.

  • Our accountants and professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.

We never sell your personal information.

International transfers

Some of these partners are outside the UK, including in the USA and China. Where we send your information abroad, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as the UK's approved contract clauses, or on the transfer being needed to deliver your order to you.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 6 years for tax and accounting. We keep newsletter details until you unsubscribe. Other information is kept only as long as we need it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict how we use it, or take a copy of it. Email hello@freddieyauner.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.
