Shipping policy

Standard shipping and taxes are included in the price of every mask, however many you order.

Where we ship

We ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and the EU.

When your order ships

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours when in stock. All the masks in one order ship together. You'll get an email with tracking when your order is on its way.

Estimated delivery times

  • UK: 4 to 8 days

  • USA: 4 to 8 days

  • Germany: 6 to 10 days

  • Australia: 5 to 9 days

  • Canada: 5 to 9 days

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer for remote areas. Our masks are sent by fulfilment partners, so delays caused by manufacturers, couriers or customs can't always be avoided. In the unlikely event of unforeseen costs outside our control, we'll always tell you clearly before going ahead.

Christmas

For delivery before Christmas, please order by 10 December.
