Your order

When you place an order, you'll get an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we send that confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable or a price has been shown wrongly.

Prices and payment

Prices include standard shipping and any taxes due, unless we tell you otherwise before you pay. Multi-buy savings are applied automatically in your basket. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates.

Returns and refunds

Returns are covered by our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Using your mask

The mirror mask is an art object designed to be worn. Please take care: your field of view is narrower while wearing it, so don't wear it while driving, cycling, near roads, water or drops, or anywhere you need full vision, and supervise children using it. Handle the mirror with care to avoid scratches.

Artwork and images

The Mirror Mask design, What I'm Looking At, and the images and text on this site are the work of Freddie Yauner. You're welcome to share your own photos and films of yourself wearing the mask; please use #whatimlookingat.

Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, for business losses, or for misuse of the product. Nothing here limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you can also rely on the consumer laws of where you live and bring claims in your local courts.
